Overview As Contracts Manager, you will lead delivery of social housing projects in North London for a respected main contractor. You will oversee multiple live and upcoming projects, driving on-time, on-budget delivery across new build and refurbishment works up to £10m. You’ll mentor site teams and coordinate with stakeholders to sustain growth and success. This is a hands-on, multi-project leadership role that shapes project outcomes and the company’s expansion in the sector.
